One Response to New Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at U.S. Department of Commerce

Gary, my Friend, I think your new Under Secretary David Kappos can be expected to degrade the strengths of the US patent system in fostering innovation – by limiting access to all but the largest of transnational corporations. How did an IBM attorney with such obvious revolving door connections get into such an influential post. Seems like the 2004 DOC and the House Republicans on the House J IP Committee are still in charge. Gotta make those turnovers in political staff work better. Pleasure of the President.Best Luck Gary!Kal Lambert, Renton WA
